Speech therapy across Alberta

At Speech for All, we believe therapy should fit comfortably into the lives of our clients and their families. We offer flexible speech-language therapy services in the environments where clients feel most comfortable and supported.

Our services are available through home-based and virtual sessions, as well as in daycares, Montessori programs, long-term care centres, and other community-based settings. Providing therapy in familiar and convenient environments helps make services more accessible for clients, parents, and caregivers while supporting meaningful communication and swallowing goals as part of everyday life.

Speech therapy in Alberta, your questions answered

Do you provide speech therapy across Alberta?

Yes. Our licensed speech-language pathologists work with families in Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat and Fort McMurray through virtual sessions, so you can take part from home without travelling to a clinic.

How does the free 30-minute consultation work?

It is a relaxed video or phone call with a member of our team. We listen to your concerns, ask a few questions about everyday communication, answer your questions, and outline what therapy could look like. There is no cost and no obligation.

Is virtual speech therapy effective?

For most speech and language goals, virtual therapy delivered by a licensed professional is engaging and effective. Sessions are interactive and personalized, and family members can take part, which helps new skills carry over into real, everyday moments.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to book?

No referral is required to book with Speech For All. If you plan to claim sessions through extended health benefits, check your plan first, as some insurers ask for a physician’s referral for reimbursement.

When are sessions available?

We offer flexible availability on weekdays and weekends, so therapy can fit around school, work and family life anywhere in Alberta.
